City Dads Group Is Changing The Face Of Modern Fatherhood

City Dads Group founders, Lance Somerfeld and Matt Schneider, are both the primary caregivers in their families and often found themselves rather isolated in exercise/craft classes, mom groups, and even at the playground. So, they decided to create the NYC Dads Group that was only composed of a few fathers wanting to plan playdates and outings, but it quickly grew to more than 900 dads who were looking to bond over children and the drive to make a change in what fatherhood looks like today!   And luckily, City Dads Group will be at the 2018 New York Baby Show on May 19 and 20 at Pier 94.

Tickets to the New York Baby Show are $30 per family; $20 per individual. Children are free.

In NYC, our New Dad Boot Camp offers expectant and new dads a frank discussion along with practical advice and hands-on training in essential parenting duties in a 3-hour session.

Why should Baby Show attendees stop by the Dads Lounge at the New York Baby Show in 2018?
The Dads Lounge will be an upscale, warm, and inviting destination for new and expecting dads of all stripes with comfortable couches, glider chairs, and lots of changing tables to change their little ones. The dads lounge will be staffed by a crew of City Dads Group members sharing their anecdotes and perspective on fatherhood as well as answering the tough questions.
