What’s the background of the company? When did it start? How has it evolved over time?Peg-Perégo started in Italy in 1949, when Giuseppe Perégo created a stroller for his young son, Lucio. It grew to be so popular in his village that the family decided to start a stroller business. From there, the company has continued to evolve and expand its product offerings and market presence. Peg-Perégo is now a global company which provides products for families around the world.
What should expectant and new parents know about your brand?
Today, our product line has expanded to car seats, strollers, high chairs, bath items and a battery-operated ride-on toy division. All of our baby products continue to be made in Italy and now Lucio Perégo, son of Giuseppe, is the President of the company. From concept to creation, everything step in the process is performed by Peg-Perégo and no one else.
What are the most popular and newest products from Peg-Perégo for the families?
Our Siesta high chair is one of the most popular items in our lineup today. As for newer products, we have expanded our offerings in double strollers with the new Book for Two, Pliko Mini Twin and Duette Piroet.
What sets Peg-Perégo apart from other baby product companies on the market?
What sets our company apart the most is that our baby products continue to be made in Italy, and we are still family-owned and operated after all of this time. In an ever-changing market, this is something that we are very proud of.
Why should Baby Show attendees stop by your booth at the Chicago Baby Show?
Families can expect a wide range of products that meet all of their needs. From the multi-functional Siesta high chair, to our Book Pop-Up stroller, and Primo Viaggio car seats, we will have everything you need to make life with baby safe, comfortable and stylish.
