We spoke with founder of Prenatal Fit, Adina Rosenberg, about what to expect at this year’s Baby Show!
What should expectant and new parents know about your brand?
Prenatal Fit is a gym dedicated to women before, during, and after pregnancy. What makes us different from other gyms is the variety of classes we offer for prenatal/postpartum women. Our gym offers more than prenatal yoga, We have prenatal pilates, prenatal ballet barre, cardio weights for pre/post, yoga sculpt, strength on the ball, even Zumba all are safe for the prenatal and postnatal clientele. These classes are offered in a variety of times to accommodate all schedules. Our classes also run in the morning and at night seven days a week.
Our gym offers mommy and me postpartum fitness classes everyday even on the weekends. We have mommy and me yoga, pilates, baby carrier aerobic classes, stroller boot camp with baby, and even ballet barre carrier classes. Once a month we invite the daddies for daddy and me yoga. Prenatal Fit also has a babysitting room and massage room for reservations .
We also offer many workshops to help prepare for motherhood: Breastfeeding, bringing home, childbirth, sleep workshops, cloth diapers, infant massage, and postpartum care workshops. We also have two ongoing supports groups meeting every month to help moms take on this new life of being a mom.
What’s new (in the past year) with your brand?
Prenatal Fit has added some new exercise formats, workshops, and new times to our exercise schedule. We offer a monthly daddy and me yoga, we offer mommy and me classes on the weekends, toddler yoga, and more postpartum workshops to help mothers start in the right direction from rehabilitation after giving birth.
What is your most popular service right now?
Prenatal Yoga is always the most popular format, pilates is a close second and our cardio weights class is the third.
